This is from one of a series about New York City. Years of watching TV shows and films built up the anticipation and when I finally visited, it did not disappoint. The happy chick in this piece reflects the joy of exploring a new city, especially one as exciting as the Big Apple. This piece’s claim to fame = it made the “maybe” pile in the selection process for the RHA one year. (I was successful in my first ever submission in 2011 with Eye of the Tiger.)
