For these prints I drew inspiration from my love of the sea and walks along the sea shore especially when the tide is going out and observing up close the revealing of treasures which are concealed during high tide. The prints are images of life forms in rockpools during low tide.

Description
They are made using a photopolymer etching technique which uses light and water to develop the plates which are inked up to make the prints. While the plates are developing in the water the image starts to gradually reveal itself just like life forms are revealed in the rock pools when the tide starts to recede.
