These etchings recall the many summers spent by the sea, the slowing down of time and the release from everyday routines.  Nature, especially near water is a powerful portal into other worlds.  Lying out on a sandstone rock millions of years old after a swim in a sea that is billions of years old and surrounded by the yellow gorse and orange montbretia.  I forget everything I thought was important and smile, in this place there are no names, no facts or figures just living.
