Dark Tight and Loose Bright are a pair of complementary states.

Loose Bright, its antithesis, does not need to take shelter as the brighter days nourish the wildlife. Everything becomes literally visible once more. This piece also contains a semicircle in reference to the equinox half – in this case the bright half is the sun.
