Verde que te quiero verde

Named after a famous poem by Spanish poet Federico García Lorca meaning “Green, I love you green”, this painting comes from a series related to humans’ interaction with the earth. It looks at how our interventions shape our landscape and how that landscape assimilates these interventions to produce new landscapes. The cycle works as long as we respect the limits of what the earth can take.
